what happens when you buy a bike from a dealer shop and something is wrong with it and it makes you crash?
Well, the first thing to do is go straight back to the dealer who sold you the bike and tell them what happened. Take the bike with you. Perhaps they’ll be cooperative.
If not, you may need to be a little more forceful. You could try contacting the manufacturer of the bike and mention that this specific dealer has refused to help you.
If all else fails and you’re absolutely certain that it was a flaw in the bike, you could consider seeking legal advice. Because that can be expensive, you might want to start with the Better Business Bureau, and as a matter of fact, it wouldn’t hurt to mention this intention to the dealer, if they are
refusing to help you.
