The owners of an LLC is sued by a business card? issues of personal security. The dissolution of the company?
I guarantee the card to an LLC that I started with my friend, LLC. The problem is that the card is outstanding. I know I will run after money. I can handle this. The letter says they can go after owners and managers of the company. Does this mean that the company of my friends will be attacked? I thought that the LLC owners in this situation have been protected. I had the impression that the LLC itself could be pursued and which ensures the card could be prosecuted. I thought about making the LLC dissolved. Doing so would automatically put me in the line of fire, which guarantees this card? More important, LLC my friend who has some of the problems? Thank you.
This is a problem that his lawyer should handle for you. You have one, right? I always call my lawyer for the simplest problems, questions, notes, Will, living will, and the problems I have with my bosses.
