How much should I expect to receive in the settlement of the accident, I attended?
How much will I receive in the settlement of accident I was involved? The accident occurred in Pennsylvania. About 11 months I was T boned by a tractor-trailer in my new F150 PU truck. I was traveling around 35 mph when I approached an intersection where a tractor-trailer to a complete stop (there was a stop sign, I did not) but continued to enter the intersection and hit me. I was taken by ambulance to a local hospital, where he ran some tests and was released. I suffered neck and back injuries that I've followed with a physical therapist during one month and 9 months chiropractor. I spent about $ 9,000 in medical expenses and $ 5,000 in damage to the car. I can hire a lawyer from the beginning, but not yet spoken to no agreement. My treatment was completed last week. I still have lower back pain and neck. How much should I expect? Thanks
You must talk to your lawyer about this. There is no way anyone here can advise you on this. It depends on how the attorney and you decide to apply and if installed outside of court or No pain, no trial.
