16 horse Brigs and Stratton no spark?

Hi all, I have a 16 horse Brigs and Straton engine is a cast old going to a simplicitytractor old and I am restoring this tractor, but I can not seem to get a spark from the engine. I just put a tape in motor becaus ei thought it was, but not yet the spark. any comments would be appreciated.

hey in the old iron horse as you know, you have a magnet on a wheel that passes through a pill it creats a charge that will lay the cable connector of the coil and the spark plug gap Skip down to earth. That said, there is not much to get into trouble. Make sure you have good land, which is not reel to earth, microphones that are very close, but not touching, not loving. use a pice of paper between the settlement. Man to be easy, his opponent.
